1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, they are eligible for a return or exchange. The customer must notify Kyduka within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

  • Incorrect Items: If the customer receives an incorrect item that does not match their order, they are eligible for a return or exchange. Notification must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • General Returns: If a customer wishes to return an item for reasons other than damage or incorrectness, such returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Kyduka reserves the right to accept or decline such returns.

2. Return Process:

  • Initiating a Return: Customers must contact Kyduka customer support via phone, email, or chat to initiate a return. The customer support team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

  • Return Authorization: After initiating the return, customers will receive a return authorization number. This number must be included in the return package.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) to Kyduka unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item. In these cases, Kyduka will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Inspection and Approval:

  • Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our quality control team.
  • If the item is deemed eligible for a return, Kyduka will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
  • If the returned item does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy (e.g., is not in its original condition, shows signs of use, etc.), Kyduka reserves the right to deny the return and the item will be sent back to the customer.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on their payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items may be non-refundable due to hygiene or safety reasons. This includes but is not limited to perishable goods, opened or used items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

6. Exchange Policy:

  • Customers can request an exchange instead of a refund for eligible returns. The exchange will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, Kyduka will provide a refund.

7. Return Due to Failed Delivery:

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer’s unavailability after two delivery attempts, the order will be returned to Kyduka. A refund will be issued minus the delivery costs, or the customer can choose to have the order re-delivered at an additional cost.

8. Amendments:

  • Kyduka reserves the right to amend this refund and return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or the Kyduka website.
